The complicity and mutual understanding shown last night by Victor and Luis del Valle commanding two pianos is only possible after years of performances together, blood brothers and brothers in music.

Two young talents who, nevertheless, have already succeeded in many European stages and received the highest music awards in their field, yesterday filled the stalls of Rodalquilar amphitheater.

A splendid night to enjoy outdoor music and a landmark that multiplies the feelings were both appreciated and thanked by the audience for over an hour and a half of Mozart, Corigliano, Schubert and Ravel, with a gift of Brazilian rhythms as a brilliant closure to the opening concert of the seventh edition of the Classics in the Park Festival.

The del Valle brothers gave us a version superlative in every sense: expression, purity, transparency and brightness, dynamics always in accordance with the content, in short, the result of a fruitful and fraternal collaboration of many years. The total silence many seconds long they managed to achieve at the end made it clear that we were left with a deep impression. Excellent!

El correo de Andalucía - Juan José Roldán

The author of program notes, Álvaro García Cabezas, was not wrong when he assured that, in the hands of the del Valle brothers, we would discover a version of Ravel's La Valse that would make us vibrate.

And they achieved more than that with their passionate reading of the work, observant to detail, strong, rich and absolutely fascinating. They did the best justice to that extraordinary page of suggestion and musical eroticism.

Exhibited a high level of interpretive genius, coupled with expertise and success to the bents, sounds and nuances, not hesitating to deploy a repeated use of rubato and boarding on an extraordinary lyrical flight.
